The Day We've Waited All Summer For!!!
FIRST DAY OF HIGH SCHOOL!!! The alarm was set for the unearthly hour of 5:30 and she woke up at 4:00! That means she was in warp-speed hyper-mode from the moment we woke up! Her words, "It's so you're even more glad to see me go to school!" Wow! Crazy thing is, Tiana will get to school with 25 minutes until the bell rings, but that is due to bus routing. I suppose it will actually be quite nice today because all of the students can get sort of settled, take another good look around and find their friends, maybe get their "final" schedules (the school is so full that they are struggling to get their schedules settled), maybe find their classes and then head to the gym. For me, the quiet is so peaceful! Here's to a good year!
