Apple of my Eye sort of day!

The day started out super foggy today, effectively pushing my 7 mile-ish round-trip to Target off until 11. So, what to do with my time? How about applesauce!! I bought some Rome Beauty apples in Leavenworth last weekend. They are sooo beautiful when you cut into them! The sauce itself is a super bright red-pink! A bit bland, but that's okay I use it mostly for replacing fat in my baking!! Loved my walk, although a stretch would have been in perfect order! After school Tiana had her first shift as volunteer at the public library. Seemed to go okay! Will definitely look good on her college resume!

Just after dinner we had the privilege of babysitting Emily and Jonathan. They ate pancakes, eggs and applesauce. Jonathan is SUCH a flirt! I wish you could see the whole smirk and his sweet little "No" that is in answer to anything you say! Even if it is "I love you!" Emily is such the little princess and she and Tiana are very good friends!
