Are you tired of bread yet?

So, today's tweak:

water for 1/3 batch
1/4 c. oil
2 T. honey
2 T. molasses (next time I would omit and use the full 1/4 c. of honey!)
2 T. yeast

1 t. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. rye flour
1/2-3/4 c. oat flour
2-1/2 - 2-3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 T. poppy seeds
2 T. millet
2 T. flax seeds
1/4 c. sunflower seeds

I would definitely go with more honey to make this one a bit sweeter. It's good, but... It seems to only take about 15 minutes to raise these. If the bread gets very much over the top of the pan it just explodes in the oven! Well, not figuratively, but the crown just gets too big and then the bread starts to get super crumbly! The one was good, but I'd definitely use more honey next time! A perfectly 100% whole grain bread, though!
