Made my day!
I went to the mall today to grab a quick bite at Panera Bread. As I was leaving Nordstrom to head to my car, a mother and her two small children came in the store. The one child was in a stroller and the other little girl, with the black tutu on under her pink multi-colored polka dot coat, was walking beside her mom. She looked up at the Christmas decorations (which, of course, are extremely elegant and understated) and with eyes completely lit up and a look of GLEE on her face exclaimed, "Look!! A CHRISTMAS rainbow!!" It was just so enchanting to see her delight over this very simple decoration! To find delight in the simple things ... AHHH!!
