Looking forward to a new week
A challenging week and weekend is behind us. We've had physical storm after storm here with a few more predicted I think. Each day can be more emotionally stormy than the other so we are thankful for each day of calm. Our thoughts this weekend were with our good friend Terrah as her mother was remembered in a memorial service. Our thoughts also wing to the funeral tomorrow for my Uncle Merle, a very faithful man who filled his place faithfully and encouraged faithful footsteps for all of his friends and family. Today we stayed for potluck at Gordon and Ivona's. It was very special to meet with our "new" Meeting and get to know them all a little better. And it is always great to spend time with our "niece and nephew", Emily and Jonathan! Looking forward to calmer days ahead, and hope for a small smattering of warmth and dry so that I can do some outdoor running and avoid that treadmill!

We had a nice time at the potluck yesterday.
We also think of you in your 'stormy' experiences and hope for better days.
Remember, you are in our thoughts and prayers!
Ivona
